We launched Muddy Knees Media in 2017 with our flagship, The Totally Football Show with James Richardson. Thanks to its success, we’ve been able to expand quickly, adding more and more specialist football shows to our network.
Now we’re looking to expand again, launching shows in the non-sporting sectors. We’ve got some really exciting offerings in development and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Whatever happens, it is comforting to know that Richardson will be there at the final whistle with his quips and puns to put the whole harrying joy of soccer fandom into perspective and ease the arrival of the footballing winter to come.
The Totally Football League Show
The Totally Football League Show is published every Tuesday. Caroline Barker and her special guests, former footballers Adrian Clarke and Sam Parkin, review the weekend’s Football League games, chat to the players and managers making the headlines and look ahead to the coming fixtures.
The review pod for EFL fans – that’s the Championship, League One and League Two for all you glory supporters – underwent a revamp for the 2018/19 season with the informed and affable Caroline Barker of Radio 5 Live taking the chair. The weekly review of all 72 teams is more boffins in the boardroom than Bovril on the terraces, scoring with up-to-date news and views as well as game reviews. Fairweather fans need not apply.
If you miss the days of Channel 4’s brilliant 90s Football Italia coverage, Golazzo: The Totally Italian Football Show is the podcast for all your nostalgic needs. Presented by that cult show’s original host James Richardson, the new weekly podcast will keep listeners up to date on the Serie A title race, and examines the Italian sides’ progress in the Champions League. There are also interviews with former calcio greats, as well as retro features taking a look at some of the best moments from the league’s glory days.
The Totally Scottish Football Show
The Totally Scottish Football Show is published every Monday. Host Andrew Slaven and his regular guests JJ Bull and Laura Brannan are here to give Scottish football the coverage it deserves. A new show for the 2018/19 season, this has all the potential to be one of the sleeper hits of the year
Glad to add this podcast to my library. I enjoy thoughtful, balanced comments, which are in short supply in the Scottish game.
